Denny's Lennies

A vintage-style scene shows two men talking outside a retro diner with "Lennies Restaurant" and a Coca-Cola sign. It evokes a nostalgic, small-town feel.

Our Story

In 1937, Van’s Restaurant opened and operated with weight scales and gas pumps on Route 147 in Halifax, PA. In 1947, it was renamed Lennies Restaurant. Then, in 1992, Denny Williams brought his famous French fries to the establishment and renamed it Denny’s Lennies, successfully bringing the next generation of customers to this beloved, family-forward eatery. This historic restaurant has the best in casual dining, with delicious weekly features, breakfast, hand-cut steaks, seafood, pasta, dessert, and everything in between!
